DECONCINI FEDERAL BUILDING AND U.S. COURTHOUSE Corner of West Congress Street and South Granada Avenue Tucson, Arizona Provide all labor, material, equipment, and related work associated with the construction of a 413,000 gross square foot U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building on a 4 acre site at the corner of West Congress Street and South Granada Avenue in Tucson, Arizona. The work includes construc- tion of a six story, two wing complex with below grade parking along with surface parking. Public areas include a large courtyard and entry plaza. The facility includes 14 courtrooms, judicial chambers and court support facilities. The estimated cost range for this project is between $60 to $70 MILLION.
