The work includes removal of existing tank interior coating, installation of flexible membrane liner system, repair of exterior steel reinforcing bands, replacement of valves, painting, disposal of lead-containing paint debris and incidental related work. the requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 190 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
