The work includes removal of existing tank interior coating, installation of flexible membrane liner system, repair of exterior steel reinforcing bands, replacement of valves, painting, disposal of lead-containing paint debris and incidental related work. the requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
