The following information is provided to do a Market Survey of industry to see if there are any potential contractors in addition to Rockwell International Corp, who have the skills and knowledge required to complete this effort. The Silo-Based Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (SBICBM) System Program Office (SPO) Ogden Air Logicstics Center (OO-ALC), intends to establish a contract for Level Detectors, NSN 1420-00-871-5758AH, P/N 67380-301. This is in support of the Minuteman Program. Rockwell International Corp is the only known source for this effort. The response shall describe the potential offeror's qualifications in the following areas: (1) Knowledge of the materials to use and the processes to employ to successfully mass produce level detectors. (2) Be able to access test and calibration equipment. Potential offerors are requested to submit two (2) copies of an unclassified response within 10 days arger publication of this motice to OO-ALC/LMKA, 6038 Aspen Ave Bldg 1289SE, Hill AFB UT 84056-5805, Attn: Ramon F. Castillo, Contract Negotiator. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
