Provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required for the design of Project No. 622-97-110, Repair/Replace Stone Building Trim at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Design work is to include preliminary plan options, design development, working drawings, estimates, and contract specifications. Architectural design discipline is required. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required. 2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations. 3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies. 4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located. 5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office. 6) Area of consideration of this project is within the State of Tennessee. Firms desiring consideration should submit SF 254 and SF 255 on or before January 8, 1997. Construction Cost Range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. (0327)
