The Contractor shall provide long term technical assistance to the National Assembly of Nicaragua to modernize the infrastructure, information systems of consituent relations, and capacity for budget analysis of the Assembly. USAID envisions a 30 months project to modernize the Assembly system and operations. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 8999.
