See Note 22. The Contractor will provide cellular phone service throughout a wide area of Southeast Louisiana in support of the New Orleans District's mission for a one year period. Market research indicates that Bell South Mobility has the widest local coverage within the contract area, and has a proven record of reliable, quality service.
