Drecktrah (Site Code WPC0NT) Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to expand POV/Military Parking lots, USARC, Jackson,MI. Work consists of but is not limited to removing subgrade, gravel, bituminous, topsoil, fence, brush, trees, and concrete. Install aggregate base course, asphaltic pavement, new fencing, concrete curb/gutter. Move and reinstall fencing, and stripe parking lots. Repair all existing construction on site which is damaged as the result of the work under this contract. Seed all lawn areas disturbed by construction activities. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 60 calendar days. The solicitation will contain the delayed start up clause. A 20% bid bond is required. Requests for solicitation (IFB) must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
