(Site Code DAKF57) Work includes the replacement of a double burner boiler with a low nitrous oxide single burner system, including the replacement and reconfiguration of the existing fuel oil supply piping connecting the boiler with two 25,000 gallon underground storage tanks (UST's). The new boiler will accomodate both natural gas and heating oil as burner fuel. Work will also include installation of transfer pumps, and all new controls for forced draft and induced draft fans. Completion time: 365 calendar days. Estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted. Estimated issue date of this procurement is March 1997.
