Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, etc., necessary to perform the work for the RENOVATE AMBULATORY CARE project, at the Wm. S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. Alterations include, but are not limited to, removal of: metal framed and gypsum board walls, ceiling systems, doors and door frames, toilet and sink fixtures, carpet and vinyl floorings, electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, communication, cables, high voltage diffusers and associate ductwork and casework. New construction shall include, but is not limited to: gypsum and steel stud walls, doors, ceiling systems, mechanical and HVAC, toilet fixtures, power and lighting fixtures, flooring and wall finishes and wall/counter casework. Cost Range: $500,000 - $1 million. Project duration - 10 months. SIC is 1542. All requests for solicitations shall be in writing. There is a $30 non-refundable fee for a solicitation package (specifications and drawings) and only one (1) solicitation package may be purchased.
