Work includes installing piles and abutments; placing riprap and filter fabric; installing prestressed concrete box beams; placing concrete overlay; performing all associated earthwork and water control; placing road gravel; and installing bridge and approach guardrail. The project is located at the Long Lake National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 3 miles southeast of Moffit, North Dakota. Work shall not begin at the site before June 1, 1997. The solicitation will be available on or about December 27, 1996. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Government Estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
