The contractor will supply all materials, labor and equipment necessary to repair defective boiler refractories in and on the #1 boiler at the Federal Correctional Institution. The work will include the removal and replacement of the burner wall and the burner throat. Remove and replace cap on divider wall approximately 4''x16''x84''. Remove and replace two courses of lower bumper walls, approximately 33''X72''. Remove roof insulation, patch tiles, install 2'' block insulation and 2'' mineral wool mesh. Install gas seal ring and stainless steel anchors as needed. Remove and properly dispose of all debris. For further information contact Barbara A.
