NEW EQUIPMENT SHELTERS. ONE IS TO HOUSE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND THE
OTHER IS TO HOUSE AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR WITH ITS ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
AT NEW REMOTE SITE FOR VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE (VTS), PUGET SOUND. Work
includes providing and installing power panels, intrusion alarm, fire
detectors, equipment and power grounding, CO2 fire suppression system,
lighting, interconnect panel for all alarms, air conditioning,
heating, HVAC controls, exhaust system, motorized dampers, receptacles,
switches, and penetrations as required for equipment to be installed by
others. Power and control wires, conduits, and required
interconnections. Estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000
and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of
Notice Proceed. Anticipate bid issue date is 17 December 1996. SIC Code
for this procurement is 1541, Small Business size standard is Small if
its average annual Receipts for its preceeding 3 fiscal years do not
exceed $17.0 million. This procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open to large and small
business participation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which
