Requirements is for Over the Horizon Target Control System (OTHTCS) that can be used in conjunction with the CHUKAR III/240 and/or Navy BQM-74E targets. Requirement includes one ground control system, two airborne relays, 18 airborne transponders with an additional option quantity of 1-32 airborne transponders, ground support equipment, documentation, training and support. Delivery of hardware completed within 12 months after contract award. Ground control station to be delivered and installed at AFWTF, Puerto Rico. Contractor supported system acceptance testing must be accomplished upon delivery of hardware. The SIC code is 3812 -- search, detection, navigation, guidance, aeronautical and nautical systems and instruments. The contract will be a firm fixed price.
