This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Titan Information Systems, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA 92121 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 8 ea of a multi-rate voice (MRVC) p/n 102330-1 and 4 ea of a MRVC enclosure p/n 110001-1. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Titan Information Systems to avoid and prevent unnecessary new development/engineering costs for required multi-rate voice (MRVC) card and enclosure that must be functionally and electronically compatible. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Bldg 115, MS-9, St. Inigoes, MD 20684 within 7 days after contract award.
