Services include architectural, structural, engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, cost estimating and other services. Services include initial repair surveys, comprehensive repair surveys, lead-based paint surveys and abatements plans, asbestos testing, etc. The resultant contracts will be for 2 years with three one-year options.
