The Roswell Desert District of the Bureau Of Land Management has a requirement for furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to aerially apply pelleted herbicide to approximately 2,400 acres of rangeland. The work under this Contract is located in Lincoln and Eddy County, State of New Mexico. The aircraft used shall be fixed wing only capable of applying pellets at 135 mph maximum.
