The contractor shall be responsible for all management, supervision, staffing, training and other functions necessary to provide skilled temporary, employees to perform clerical and mail handling work as required by the Ogden Service Center in Ogden, Utah as well as other IRS offices throughout the Utah area. The contract duration is from 4/01/97 through 3/31/98 with one year option period. The bulk of the order for temporary employees will be during the months of April and May. The Contractor shall be able to provide 150 temporary employees at a given time during this period. Temporary employees shall be available to work any shift (Day, Swing, Graveyard) as deemed necessary. A single award will be made as a result of this solicitation. Offerors must have at least five (5) years experience in this field of business. Award will be made to that offeror whose proposal contains the combination or criteria offering the best value to the Government. Overall value will be determined by comparing differences in the value of technical features with differences in the overall cost to the Government.
