Abadie (202) 690-7506 DHHS is in the process of examining its debt/asset portfolio and is collecting information about the services available from the financial investment community specifically related to the area of public debt/asset sales. DHHS is seeking sources to indicate interest in a requirement to evaluate the DHHS debt/asset portfolio. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified firms to meet the Government's minimum requirements. Firms having the required expertise, capabilities, and experience are invited to submit complete information discussing such capabilities and to provide relevant market data including minimum portfolio characteristics. Information furnished should include company background information, a detailed description of relevant experience and a general evaluation of the current debt market. The information provided will pertain to this synopsis only. Any interested firm must submit appropriate data in two copies by December 16, 1996 to the contact point listed above.
