The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 April 1997 through 31 March 1998, with four one-year options. The government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is restricted to participation by small business concerns (100% Set-aside), see Numbered Note 1. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code number is 5812 and the small business size standard is 5 million dollars.
