Contractor shall furnish all transportation and related moving services to relocate office elements for the Federal Bureau of Investigation/Washington Field Office (FBI/WFO), located at the following addresses, 1900 Half Street, S.W., Washington, DC, to 601 4th Street, N.W., Washington, DC. There will be special requirements for certain units, these units will be discussed at the walk through. The pre-bid conference, property inspection, and walk through will be conducted on Tuesday, January 7, 1997, 10:00 a.m. (PROMPT), on the lobby level at 1900 Half Street, S.W., Washington, D.C., prospective bidders interested in attending must submit to this office the name of representatives by the close of business Wednesday, December 11, 1996. Bidders that fail to participate in the walk-through or inspection of the property to be relocated, will not be considered for an award. The move is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about April 19, 1997, and ending on or about August 31, 1997. The number of phases will be determined by the FBI/WFO.
