DeToma (718) 553-3078 Contracting Officer The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to provide Weather Observation Services at DuBois-Jefferson County Airport, Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania and other locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Washington, DC. The Federal Aviation Administration is in the process of developing a list of qualified vendors. Interested vendors who would like to receive a ''Screening Information Request'' form should send a written request to the FAA, Fitzgerald Federal Building # 111, JFK International Airport, Jamaica, New York, 11430, Attn: SIR, AEA-55B or fax request to (718) 995-5685. NO telephone requests will be accepted. To make the initial list for DuBois-Jefferson County Airport, all forms must be obtained, filled out completely and returned by December 6, 1996. Those forms meeting qualification criteria will be placed on a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for DuBois and/or future projects. Companies will be evaluated on past performance, financial capability and experience. Once established, the QVL will be reviewed not less than annually.
