Items are to be delivered to USCG ARSC, Receiving Section, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. Final acceptance shall be at destination. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide the specifications necessary to repair these items. Closing date and time for receipt of offers is 16 December 1996, 3:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.
