Drecktrah, Contracting Officer (Site Code WPC0NT) This Request for Quotation is for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision required to furnish and install an approved mezzanine to maximize storage space available both above and below this structure in Building 10000 located at Fort McCoy, WI. The project includes but is not limited to approximate dimensions of deck; uniform deck loading; railings; two swing gates; structure to be designed to meet all current OSHA, BOCA and WI codes; under deck lighting and platform stair casing as a minimum. Government is seeking a sturdy, long-lasting, well- constructed mezzanine designed to fit within a designated area of this building. Site visits are recommended by Government as a very important step in computing quotation amounts. Vendors will be required to provide complete product data specifications with detailed shop drawings to be attached to their quote. Requests for this quotation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package ordered. No company, personal, registered checks or cash shall be accepted. Request should be received before the issue date of approximately 20 December 1996. Closing date will be COB 14 January 1997 to the Contracting Office. Anticipated award date is on or about 30 January 1997.
