minimum of 1 each and maximum of 4 each Squad Engagement System/Live
Fire Video Interaction System, inclusive of Installation, Training and
Data. The systems are defined by NSWC Brand Name or Equal purchase
description with salient characteristics. The Brand Name Manufacturer
is ADI Limited located in Albury, New South Wales, Australia, and the
U.S. distributor is Arcata Associates located in Las Vegas, NV. Each
system consists of 1 Command and Control System, Catalog No. 650-100,
and 4 Projection Response Screens, Catalog No. 650-101. The Government
will have the ability to purchase the Projection Response Screens
separate from the Command and Control System after the initial purchase
of the minimum quantity of 1 complete system (1 Control System, 4
Projection Screens). The systems will be used to simulate hostile
environments within the DoD multi-story training facility located in
Virginia Beach, VA. The following is a partial listing of some of the
minimum requirements, a complete listing will be included in the
Specification/Statement of Work issued with the solicitation: 1. Video
Projection: A minimum of two video scenes shall be displayed on
adjacent walls of a training room, one scene per wall. The ability to
synchronize individual scenes within a training room shall be provided.
Each projected scene shall be capable of presenting a static
''Background'' display, and shall be able to include one (minimum)
moving video target superimposed on the background display. 2. Audio
Playback: Audio tracks associated with all scenes in a room shall be
mixed into a signal audio signal for synchronized playback in that room
during a training exercise. 3. The system shall have Live Fire Scoring
Capability, Visual Feedback, Multiple Training Room Capability,
Scenario Creation Capability, Audio/Visual Creation, ''Hit'' Zone
Creation, ''No Kill'' Zones, Video Scene Creation, Training Scenario
Integration, and Remote Monitoring and Replay of Training Scenarios.
This is anticipated to be a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity supply contract with a three year ordering period. Delivery
will be required with 90 days after issuance of Delivery Order.
Shipping terms will be F.O.B. Virginia Beach, VA with final inspection
and acceptance at destination following contractor installation.
