The Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement for the fabrication of the following four circuit card assemblies in support of the Unit Level Circuit Switch (ULCS) Product Improvement Plan (PIP): 2251, Four Wire Analog Line Termination Unit (4W ALTU), 375, Autovon Interface Units (AIU), 2007, Two Wire Analog Subscriber Interface Unit (TWASI), and 425, Two Wire Dial Central Office Units (DCO). The 4W ALTU will allow the AN/TTC-42(V) and the SB-3865(P)/TTC to interface with a greater number of four-wire analog circuits. The AIU will allow the AN/TTC-42 to interface with a greater number of Autovon/DSN trunks. The TWASI will allow secure voice communications when interfacing with the Defense Switched Network (DSN) or the commercial Dial Central Office. The DCO will allow the SB-3865 to independently and directly interface with commercial and DSN central offices. This requirement is being procured through the Small Business Administration's competitive 8(a) set aside program, under SIC Code 3672. Only bids from firms certified under this SIC code and in the 8(a) program will be considered. Aperture cards are available at $125.00 per set. Payment must accompany request and is NOT refundable.
