Requests for Quotation must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ-56-0050 or by facsimile (202) 874-3135. All written requests shall include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned. All responsible sources may submit quotes which will be considered. Quotes will be accepted fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice, and a purchase order will be awarded based on price soon after receipt of quotations.
