Considering vendors' comments, changes in Federal procurement rules and consultation with the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization, it was determined that equipment and services can be procured from General Services Administration's Federal Supply Schedule and other government contracts. Veterans Benefits Administration has established a network planning, telecommunications traffic engineering and systems integration contract and will procure CTI hardware and software from GSA Schedules and other existing government contracts.
