We are accepting proposals from researchers at qualified Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs). The aim is to fund research outlined in BAA 97-1 at levels below $50K for new researchers that have had little funding opportunity. Proposals should be submitted as outlined in the BAA 97-1 to the appropriate AFOSR program manager. The funds may also be used for small workshops/seminars supporting research.
