Electrical engineering services to develop a preliminary study, with option for award of working drawings and specifications with construction period services, of the existing electrical distribution system from the 12 KVA primary through to the distribution panels for the entire medical center. Study to provide upgrades of the existing system with priorities and construction cost estimates. Anticipated upgrades include increasing of required feeder sizes, transformer capacity, buss sizing in selected substations, GFI upgrade on 480 volt distribution, and additional emergency power requirements. An I.H, must be included on the A/E team for review of the existing asbestos assessment survey and related design/construction period services work as required. SIC 8711. Estimated construction cost $500,000 - $1,000,000. Geographical restrictions not applicable.
