The General Services Administration, Federal Telecommunications Service, Heartland Region (6TS-A) is participating in a new nationalbusiness line entitled the Federal Acquisition Services for Technology (FAST) program. As part of this new business line, a full range of commercial off-the-shelf Information Technology hardware, software, configuration and maintenance services arerequired. This procurement is set-aside exclusively for 8(a) companies. The Government anticipates the award of multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Contracts awarded will be for a fiveyear period, priced annually. Contracts are subject to the Service Contract Act and place of performance will be determined with each delivery order. The contracting officer will request wage determinations for specific locations if requested inwriting.
