The aforementioned services are currently being performed by Contractor personnel. The proposed procurement is for a 12 month base period from 1 October 1997, or date of award, whichever is later, to September 30, 1998, and four one year option periods. Estimated issue date is 15 January 1997. A pre-proposal conference, including site visit, will be scheduled at a later date. All prospective offerors responding will be advised of the date set for the conference. Standard Industrial Classification Code applicable to this procurement is 8744. A firm is classified as small if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $5M. The proposed procurement listed herein is NOT set-aside for small business. A cost-plus-award fee contract is comtemplated. Prospective offerors may receive a copy of the solicitation by mailing either a check or postal money order in the amount of $50.00 (non-refundable) payable to the U.S. Treasury to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: ATZR-QE, P.O.
