N -- RELOCATION AND REINSTALLATION OF MRI SYSTEM SOL rfp657-13-97 DUE 010897 POC Debra A. Dodson (314) 894-6594 The VA Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri intends to negotiate with Picker International, Inc., 1867 Craig Road, St. Louis, Missouri to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and the supervision to dismantle, relocate, and reinstall existing MRI System into newly constructed MRI Suite. Equipment to be relocated includes: magnet, table, automatic chemical mixer, electronic/computer cabinets, monitors, and associated equipment, cabling and miscellaneous materials (provide new as required). Contractor shall reinstall MRI System which will include connecting, calibrating and testing to make fully functional. A 60-day system warranty (excluding magnet) shall be provided. Work shall be scheduled and executed in a manner to minimize down time of MRI System. RFP will be issued on 12/13/96. RFP will be due 1/8/97.
