The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (VNTSC) intends to issue a competitive solicitation to acquire contractor services to provide a broad range of technical support for the programmatic requirements of all elements of the VNTSC in the Information Systems Services area. The period of performance will be a base period of two years with renewal options at the election of the Government for three additional 12 month periods. Work contemplated will be performed primarily on-site and/or in close proximity to the VNTSC on a ''Term'' form Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee basis with an initial requirement of approximately 300 productive labor years of support during the first contract year. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government.
