Garcia The purpose of this procurement is to provide guidance, consultation, and report instruments to the Office of Drug Pricing; identify areas and develop guidelines for the PHS Prime Vendor program; brief upper management levels on the complexities of implementing Section 602; provide expert technical assistance on drug pricing issues that are particular to the Section 602 drug pricing program; provide guidance, recommendations and briefing regarding the most effective organization and operation of the Office of Drug Pricing, within the Federal government and private industry; prepare a final report of activities performed. According to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mr. Wilford Forbush, 917 Willowleaf Way, Rockville, Maryland 20854. Mr. Forbush is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is nine months.
