The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for on-going training courses in Microsoft computing technology. A contract for these training courses will be awarded to one or more Microsoft Authorized Technical Education Centers (ATEC) who can provide courses listed in the current issue of the Education Forum using Microsoft Certified instructors. Contractor shall be certified by Microsoft Corporation as an ATEC. All training shall be held in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The contract(s) will be for a base period of one year with four option periods of one year each. Requests for the solicitation document must be made in writing.
