The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) has a need for the service of a contractor, to provide expert services to OTS participants in the area of real estate appraisal training. Anticipated issuance of RFP TOT-97-0001/C770001 is January 2, 1997, with a closing date of February 3, 1997. The base training period of the contract will be June 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997, with two (2) 12 months each optional periods.
