Work includes but not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, tolls, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to repair/renovate military family housing, phase IV, 133 units. Project includes, but not limited toreplacing interior gypsum board walls/ceilings, wall/ceiling insulation, flooring, windows, interior/exterior doors, interior cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and wiring, HVAC ductwork, new additions,e.g., wood privacy fence, vinylsiding, window and sliding glass door blinds, replacement of deteriorated or damaged wood framing. Patch and level all floor slabswhere existing flooring is removed. Extension of fire wall, removal of smoke detectors, removal/installation of kitchenappliances, bathroom/kitchen fixtures and cabinets. There is asbestos containing materials to be removed and disposed. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition.
