The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to renovate existing plumbing and ventilation systems in Recruit Barracks Bldgs 31603, 31613 at Camp Pendleton. Work consists of replacement of all plumbing fixtures, partial replacement of wall tiles, floor tiles, lavatory mirrors, toilet partitions, relocation of waste lines, plumbing valves, concealed plumbing piping, refinishing of wood benches, doors and door frames, lighting fixtures, painting, and demo of asbestos containing materials and incidental related work. This contract is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1522 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
