The work includes repair of existing parking lot improvesments, including the following work: Removal and replacement of asphalt concrete pavement, slurry seal; concrete curb and gutter; concrete gutter; strom drain catch basin and drain line; fenced regulation sized basketball court; masonry trash enclosures additional parking lot lighting appurtenaces and incidental related work. the requirement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
