Travis Air Force Base intends to procure 2135 yards of Orcon Corp. Insulation Blanket, part number 63057 and 800 yards of part number 63082. Due to the unique nature of the acquisition, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only ONE SOURCE under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received from responsible sources will be considered. Solicitation number F0462697T0528 is issued as a request for quotation and will be awarded using commercial procedures. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete and not available to the Government.
