Wall (410) 278-0868 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Garrison, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for sample analysis of industrial hygiene air, bulk and swipe samples taken from the work environment. The contractor shall provide the facilities equipment and personnel to perform these services. The contractor shall use proven instruments and approved techniques in accordance with established National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) protocols to analyze samples for all parameters outlined in the statement of work. The contract laboratory shall maintain current accreditation status under the Laboratory Accreditation Program of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and participate in Proficiency Analytical Testing for all materials (lead, cadmium, zinc, asbestos, silica, organic solvent). The contractor shall also maintain accreditation by the National Institute of Standards and Technology for asbestos identification as a part of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program. The period of performance is one base period and five one-year option periods and anticipates award of a firm fixed price requirements contract.
