D -- LOTUS NOTES TRAINING FOR THE OFFICE OF POLLUTION PREVENTION AND TOXICS SOL DC-97-MT0003 DUE 122096 POC Contact Point, Linda Jordan, (202) 260-9690 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intends to issue a Purchase Order for Lotus Notes Training to be provided by a Premium Lotus Notes Business Partner. Contractor will be required to present five (5) seminars/workshops in four hour blocks of time that will give a maximum of 30 participants the opportunity to gain the knowledge and understanding in the following areas: (1) Notes Applications Development Methodology; (2) Benefits that can be expected from re-engineering business practices and implementation of Notes applications; (3) Envisioning and prioritizing possible applications of Notes within their respective Divisions; (4) Steps required to develop a Notes applications (e.g., requirement analysis, work flow process, and prototyping) and the various roles in a discussion group and a workflow pocess (5) Implementing and refining the Lotus Notes application. Parties who intend to submit a quote for consideration must respond to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) which is available for downloading at EPA's OAM internet site.
