Work shall include the following: 1) Replacement of the ash silo dust control equipment, heating and ventilation systems and ash conveying and removal equipment located at the Power Generation Plant at Clear Air Station, AK. Existing ash conveying and removal equipment shall be demolished and or removed from the area above Silo No. 1 and Silo No. 2, and from the second level of the Ash Silo Facility. 2). A section of the penthouse roof above the silos shall be demolished to accommodate new ash removal equipment installation. 3). Furnish fabricate and install new ash conveying and removal equipment and materials. 4). Furnish fabricate and install a new elevated roof. 5). Furnish fabricate and install new structural support for the ash removal equipment. 6). Remove existing heating and ventilation systems and replace with new equipment. 7). Remove existing vacuum dust collection system and install a new stationary industrial system. SIC code 1711. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project will issue on or about 16 Dec 96. Performance period shall be 300 Calendar days.
