Description of Work: Design and construct 1,200 sm two story Student Officers Quarters with 20 suites. Each suite will have a living/study area, a bedroom, a kitchen service area and a bathroom. Site improvements include parking, sidewalks, pavilion and landscaping. The building will have exterior masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing and fire protection.
