The spare parts are being purchased to support the National Weather Service Nexrad Spares Program for the U.S. Dept. of Commerce/NOAA, National Logistics Support Center, Kansas City, Missouri. The Government does not have specifications or drawings and believes the item to be proprietary to the original equipment manufacturer. This procurement is for equipment for which the Government intends to acquire under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1).
