The Defense Personnel Support Center solicits comments regarding the scope of work for the acquisition of a digital imaging network-picture archive and communications system (DIN-PACS) for the new Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, the new Elmendorf Air Force base hospital, the pentagon health clinic, and other DOD and federal facilities. Solicitation SPO200-97-R-8002 (synopsized 10/96) will incorporate the " final" draft of the statement of work identified above and will be issued in the very near future.
