Krutz, Contracting Officer, (601) 686-5361 The USDA, ARS, Mid South Area, Stoneville, Mississippi is in need of 22,500 gallons of a vegetable oil (cotton or soybean) with an emulsifying agent added to allow the oil to readily mix with water requiring only minor mixing to remain emulsified. The emulsifying agent shall be free of any side effects to human and animals. The product shall be labeled for use as a spray tank adjuvant. Delivery shall be made in bulk quantity during the time frame of April 20, 1997 to May 10, 1997. An IFB will be issued on or about January 8, 1997.
