C4IFTW will consist of services, analysis and studies for the implementation and development of future and current C4ISR military capabilities. Contracted personnel will be required to support on and off site projects and may be required to purchase, network, integrate, install Automated Data Processing (ADP) equipment, visualization equipment or develop software and train personnel. Contracted personnel must be capable of receiving a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
