The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has a requirement for portable radio communication equipment. The radio communication equipment is being provided to Kazakstan to support Strategic Offensive Arms Elimination (SOAE) as authorized by the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) legislation.
