The Government is only required to buy the minimum quantity. This is a Flight Safety Part. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agnecy. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
